Zoeva Caramel Melange Eyeshadow Palette
Mmmm Caramel Melange…
By now you really should know that I am an avid fan of the 10 pan Zoeva eyeshadow palettes. Ive reviewed quite a few here onthe blog in the last two years or so and have found them consistently good.
I think Zoeva is one of those brands that just doesnt recieve enough hype. While their popularity is stedily growing the quality compared to affordability of their makeup really should be shouted fromthe roof tops.
The latest palettes added to my collection are the Caramel Melange and the Blanc Fusion palettes
The Zoeva Caramel Melange contains 10 smooth, pigmented shadows. The buttery rich shimmer shades are minimal in this palette, which is a shame as they are some of my favourite but that can be forgiven as the mattes perform really well on the eyes.
While the shimmer shades swatch like a dream on the arm the mattes often look a little dry… however as soon as you apply those shadows with a brush they apply smoothly and blend very well.
Despite the palette being named the Caramel Melange there are only a couple of shades that could be described as caramel, the rest are a mix of lighter chocoolate shades and warm rich, autumnal colours. Sephora describes it really well
Sweet and smooth, the ZOEVA Caramel Melange Eyeshadow Palette offers a selection of delicious shades – from soft, tawny butterscotch hues to caramelized, golden crème brulée nuances and warm toffee tones, spiced up by a sprinkle of bronzed cinnamon. Let the creamy smooth textures melt on your lids and relish in matte and shimmery caramel nuances for smoldering, rich makeup looks.
Im feeling a little hungry..
