Sally Hansen Spring Collection
The new shades of the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure just scream Spring time! The lovely mix of pastels and and muted tones would look lovely with anything floral and flowing and are perfect for your most feminine Spring racing outfit!
True to the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure formula theyre smooth and pigmented and give good coverage with just one coat. Two coats for all shades (except Au Naturel ) give fully opaque coverage.
The thick set brush is perfectly cut to allow even a nail polish novice to get nice and close to the cuticle without making a big mess.
There are 6 shades in the collection.
Poof – Be Gonia is the odd one of the collection being a lovely intense shade of coral rather than a pastel. It dries a little brighter than it looks in the bottle and is virtually impossible to get a true photo of (which is a common thing for bright corals)
What in Carnation is a super pretty and delicate lilac purple. This is one of the prettiest shades in the collection. As with all other shades the finish is super glossy (no top coat was applied)
Aflorable is a beautiful pastel pink, think lolly pink with ultra shine. The shine comes from the fact that all Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure polishes contain base, colour and top coat all in the one bottle.
Au Naturel looks like a soft peachy orange in the bottle but is a lot more nude, even after two coats the colour is quite transparent. Pictured above is three coats and the nail line is still visible. This one is super pretty for an understated natural but put together look.
Pardon My Garden is probably my favourite shade. While being a lovely pastel it is still bright enough to be attention grabbing. Its one of those perfect mint green shades that has been so popular over the last few years.
In full blue-m was an unexpected hit! While it looked a little “blue tac” like in the bottle on the nail the glossy finish gave it a very pretty look with a slightly grey based blue.
The Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring Collection is now instore and retail for $9.95
