June Favourites!
Hi Beauties!!!
Here are the products that have had me reaching for them over and over this month!
1. Estee Lauder double wear foundation
This has quickly become a firm favourite. This foundation is full coverage, easy to blend and lasts like nothing else. I have been wearing this almost non stop since purchasing the full sized product a few weeks ago. I really suggest you go and get a sample as it is imperative that you get a feel for it and get the correct shade as I feel like it really takes some getting used to.
2. Nars Lip Gloss in Sixties Fan*
I was so, so excited to be contacted by Nars and sent a couple of products as a thanks for being a fan and I was equally as thrilled when I saw the amazing shade that I had been sent. In the tube this lipgloss looks dark and a little difficult to wear but it is actually really sheer and pretty and looks especially lovely over the top of a little liner smudged into the lip line.
The new formula of gloss is missing something .. and that something is the plastic like odor that many people disliked about the previous lipgloss formula. This new gloss is lovely and smooth and not sticky at all. Im in looove! Thanks again to Nars for the gift
3. Milani baked blush – Luminoso
If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen that this blush has made it into my #fotd on almost a daily basis. Come to think of it I think I might in fact have worn this blush every single day since I bought it. It really doesn’t look like much in the pan and looks more like a highlighter than a blush but on the skin it imparts a glow from within type of look. Im so in love with this colour that I think it might be the first blush that I ever completely use up!
4. Thebalm shady lady – Just this once Jamie*
I swear Im not sponsored by this company! I just really really love the brand! Having said that, I did receive this shadow as a pr sample and have been loving it since the day it arrived. Thebalm shadows are super soft and blendable which is great for the eyeshadow challenged like me. I find that this is a gorgeous shade for a simple wash of colour but is also great when packed on and blended to a smokey finish.
I cannot express how much this actually smells like fresh lemonade (the American version of the word not the Australian) It smells sweet but tangy and makes you crave a big glass of the stuff. The only disappointment is that it doesn’t taste like it smells. This product is more lip treatment than lipgloss but it contains a slight shimmer which adds a pretty look to your lips. If you haven’t tried these products I really recommend them!
