The Funfetti palette consists of 12 matte and shimmer shadows all wrapped up in a festive, pretty palette. The general feel of the palette is soft, feminine and young with pretty pops of colours amongst some great every day, wearable neutrals. It is definitely more muted and “natural” looking than some of  Too Faced recent offerings.

If the shades look familiar, its because this palette not only resembles past Too Faced offerings but is actually a repackaged version of the Funfetti palette which was released in the US this time last year.

There is a good range of shades here to create a party ready look with a mix of warm and cooler shades (which is awesome in this, the age of the warm neutral palette) and lighter and deeper shades, although as a whole the palette is on the lighter side.

The shadows are as follows (using my best describing words!)

From left to right

Feelin’ Good – A nude, matte shade that is soft to swatch and works well as a base (for light skin tones)

Life’s A Party – A cool toned, shimmery shade that is somewhere between a very light purple and silver

Sequin – A cool toned sparkling shade that is a darker, deeper silver purple

Over-Served – A  cool toned, matte shade in a grayed purple

Forever Young –  A soft matte peach shade

Party Crasher – A medium toned cool brown shade which looks like it comes straight out of the chocolate bar palette

Funfetti – A sparkling pink champagne shimmer shade that is perfect on the lid

Girl Gang – A slighty darker, ever so slightly warmer version of party crasher

Pop, Fizz, Clink! –  A soft matte cream shadow.

After Party – A darkened  gold shimmer shade

You’re So Fancy – A matte soft brown shade, part cappucino, part light caramel.

All Nighter – A matte charcoal shade with gold sparkle

The palette contains perhaps one too many nude mattes which could have been replaced with another midtoned shade which would have made it more wearable for those with deeper skin tones.
