Hi there and welcome back to Mascara Madness here on the blog. To finish off this week long celebration of mascara i thought we would end with a high end bang.

This is non other than Dior Diorshow Blackout mascara in the waterproof formula. I purchased this after becoming addicted to a couple of samples i received when purchasing perfumes from department stores. This mascara is a little hit and miss for some people especially if you’re used to a wetter formula mascara.  This mascara is quite dry which makes this formula super thick and build able for quite dramatic results. Beware though that because of the thick formula this mascara does take a little while longer to dry fully so its probably not ideal for those mornings when youre in a rush.

the brush is quite large and dense enough to grab the lashes without being so thick that they’re flooded with mascara.

I know that many people don’t like this mascara at all and some consider it their Holy Grail. Im somewhere in between i like how dramatic the results are ith this but have found it a little difficult to work with at times.
